Common fixes

  • Make sure notifications are enabled for the app.
  • Update to the latest version (beta builds expire).
  • Check that your device has internet connectivity.
  • If you changed phones, re-enable notifications and sign in again.

What to include in your email

  • Your role (Account Owner, Observer, or Monitored Person).
  • The email address used in the app (if applicable).
  • Device type and OS version.
  • What you expected to happen vs. what happened.
