Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and related data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected].
2. Include the email address used in the app (Account Owner / Observer).
3. If you are requesting deletion for a monitored person, include the account owner email and the monitored person’s name.

What gets deleted

• Account information (where applicable).
• Associated profiles and observers/monitored relationships.
• Check-in records and notification tokens.

Timeline

We typically process deletion requests within 7–30 days, depending on verification needs and legal obligations.
